1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of CatalogueFlow websites, applications, APIs, and related services (the "Services") provided by CatalogueFlow LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you accept these Terms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. Services Covered

The Services include, among others, catalogue enrichment, image and video generation, conversational commerce tools, AI Search workflows, and API access.

• Personal Agent and AI Search capabilities

4. Account and Security

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

5. Billing and Pricing

Subscription and usage-based fees are billed according to your selected plan and add-ons. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating laws, attempting unauthorized access, infringing third-party rights, or introducing malicious code.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before publication or operational use.

8. Data and Privacy

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Where applicable, CatalogueFlow may act as processor and you may act as controller for personal data you submit.

9. Integrations and Third Parties

Some features rely on third-party services and integrations. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

10. Intellectual Property

CatalogueFlow and its licensors retain rights in the Services and related technology. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the limited license needed to operate the Services.

11. Availability and Support

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is available via support@catalogueflow.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogueFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CatalogueFlow for claims resulting from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal requirements, or security risk.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
